After sales service: First machine installation and on site training whole  installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance for partners' team. Online remote access to do trouble shoot with assistance of partners' team.

Fengchi will protect partners' profit when place orders, and protect the following orders while partners register the client information in our system.
Fengchi will offer quick spare parts service. During the machine warranty, if the quality issue not improper usage, Fengchi will compensate clients by replacing the new spare part immediately. If caused by improper usage, Fengchi will express the new spart part after client confirmation of payment.
