Feeding System for Bottom Paper

• Adopting servo motor electric controlling system that with high sensitivity and speed, which can ensure no struck for paper and convey smoothly at high speed. Frequency converting control cooperate with radio-tube swift over to ensure bottom papers can be completely absorbed, which is easy to operate.

Gluing System

• Adopting thick galvanized steel anilox and the surface was grinded in accuracy, to ensure the glue will be evenly coated on various thickness of paper, the amount of glue can be adjusted to minimum glue consumption. Adopting Liquid automatic control to ensure the glue can be supplied automatically and the continuous production.

Paper Aligning System

• Adopting advanced high speed motion control servo tracking system to ensure the laminating accuracy.
